just a general thought/question on paleo. as good as grass fed meat may be this probabaly wouldnt be something i would think as important to change as cutting out the huge amount of ‘bad carbs’ in peoples diets, which are pretty easy to substitue/eliminate. meat is fairly expensive to begin with without going for the grass fed option, so for folks on a budget the vegetable adjustment is probably going to be the easiest/cheapest to implement. i remember when i made the change, the increase in both energy levels and alertness was both staggering and almost immediate.
i was wondering, is it the gluten in bread which is the toxic element?, because i work at a food factory where i can get gluten free crumb.
